The item(s) must be in new, unused, and resellable condition with all original tags and packaging.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on digital products, including e-books, once they have been downloaded.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
